Why should I choose Cobbler's Choice?

Where are your products made?

We manufacture our products domestically and internationally. The majority of our shoe care production is done in Washington state, USA, in which we have a team of dedicated workers hand-making products and testing new formulas. Our brushes are manufactured in Germany, our gum erasers and Microfiber Cloths are sourced in Asia, and all of our shoe laces are made in Mexico. Regardless of location, all of our partners are hand-selected for expertise and commitment to quality so we can consistently deliver the best quality to your doorstep with zero compromises.

What’s the difference between the Leather Conditioner and Leather Cream?

While these products are very similar, there are some slight differences between the two. To begin, they consist of the same ingredients, but have different concentration levels. The Leather Cream has a higher ratio of triple filtered beeswax, which gives it a semi-thick texture. Because of this, it's slightly heavier, requires more time to dry after application, and provides a stronger waterproof barrier over the surface of your leather.

The Leather Conditioner has a higher level of seed oils and naturally derived lipids, giving it a more oily appearance and texture. It only needs a matter of hours to dry after application and does not darken leather as easily as the Leather Cream. 

When considering which product to buy, it comes down to what's important to you. Some people prefer working with oil-based conditioners over semi-thick creams because they're easier to apply, but others value the added protection of the Leather Cream. Either way, you can't go wrong: they accomplish essentially the same thing!

What is your return policy? How do I start a return?

We stand by all of our products. If for any reason you'd like to return an order, we accept returns for items in their original packaging that are unused and in re-sellable condition. Products must meet these criteria to be eligible for a refund.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order. For all refunds, the purchase price, minus shipping cost, will be credited to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when processing a return.

All returns should be shipped with a tracking number and secure packaging to the following address:

Why did you pick the name "Cobbler's Choice"?

We started off as a group of leather fanatics who slowly began to learn the trade ourselves. We wanted to create products for the cobbler within us, products trusted by cobblers elsewhere, and with ingredients that matter. The name Cobbler’s Choice seemed like a natural fit with our brand mission: to create quality products trusted by the experts for their clean ingredients and unbeatable quality.

Are Cobbler's Choice products vegan?

No, not all of our products are vegan. Some of our products use animal derivatives which are not considered to be vegan. We use ingredients with natural derivatives, some of which come from animals; however, we are entirely committed to using all-natural ingredients in our formulas to ensure we deliver a safe, lasting clean each time you use a Cobbler's Choice product.

What’s the difference between the Premium Shoe Brush and Shoe Polishing Brush?

We recommend the Premium Shoe Brush to clean and buff your leather goods. Because it’s made with 100% horsehair bristles, it can safely dislodge any unwanted surface elements from your leather before treating. It also helps create enough friction after conditioning to provide a sheen buff to your leather’s surface.

Our Shoe Polishing Brush is made with 100% hog hair bristles, and is perfect for applying polishes, creams, and conditioners. Both go hand in hand to make shoe care maintenance easier and more effective!

Shipping & Returns

How much does domestic (U.S.) shipping cost? How long will it take to get my order?

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States for all orders of $50 and more. We also offer a $5 flat rate shipping for orders under $50 shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days from our East Coast warehouse. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Currently, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment, we don't ship orders outside of the United States and Canada. However, if you're in another country and really want to give us a try, send us an email and we'll do what we can to send an order your way!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, send us an email and we will gladly assist you!

Please also note that new tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, send us an email and we'll help get you a status update!

I'm missing something from my order. What should I do?

Products may ship separately, so it's perfectly normal for items to arrive at different times. If it's been a few days and you're concerned about the rest of your order, just send us an email and we'll be happy to check the status for you!
